Help fishcake restore the shop while finding a new home for your pre-loved treasures.

Donation Days:

They are looking for gently used items (fashion, home decor, art supplies, books, plants) to include in the sale. Drop off your donations at the shop during regular hours on: Friday, April 25 thru Friday, May 1.

fishcake hours:

Tuesday-Friday 10:00 AM-5:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM-4:00 PM

CLOSED ON MONDAYS

The Rummage Sale:

Tuesday, April 28 thru Saturday, May 2

Swing by to browse a curated mix of finds, support the space, and help fishcake get their new awning over the finish line.

Proceeds: All sales go directly toward the fishcake awning replacement fund.

Shafter Elementary School E-Waste Recycling Fundraiser

Shafter Elementary School will host a FREE community E-Waste Fundraising Collection Event in partnership with e-Opala Electrical Recycling, Battery Bill, and Goodwill.

This event gives the community an opportunity to recycle unwanted electronics responsibly while supporting the school.

Community members are also encouraged to bring donations of clothing and small household goods on behalf of Goodwill.

♻️ Accepted Items

  • Batteries (UPS, alkaline, lead acid, etc.)

  • Computers and IT peripherals

  • Cell phones and phones

  • Hard drives

  • Laptops, tablets, and Chromebooks

  • Monitors

  • Power cords

  • Printers

  • TVs (flat screen and CRT)

🚫 Please do not bring:

  • Cooking appliances (microwaves, air fryers, rice cookers, etc.)

  • Electric personal items

  • Floor fans and vacuums

  • Stereo equipment and speakers

  • Hazardous materials

  • Construction and demolition waste

  • Lightbulbs and Christmas lights

  • Propane tanks

  • Lithium ion batteries
