Bring a book, steal a book, leave with a new favorite. This is a white elephant style book swap: part game night, part treasure hunt, all bookish chaos in the best way.

How it works:
Bring ONE wrapped book (any genre, any condition, just something you'd want a fellow reader to discover). No title reveal, just wrap it up and bring the mystery.

When you check in, you'll write a short clue on a card (three words max) to give people a hint without spoiling the surprise.

Once everyone's settled in, attendees will draw numbers. Number 1 picks a book, reads the clue out loud, and unwraps it for the room to see. Number 2 can either steal that book or unwrap a new one. And so on down the line: every steal keeps the energy up. Once everyone's had a turn, number 1 gets the final say and can steal to close things out.

The details:

• One wrapped book per person, no exceptions

• No peeking at your own wrap job, let the mystery do its thing

• Bring a friend! The more readers, the more chaos (the good kind)

• Coffee and food vendors onsite, good conversation, and probably some very passionate book opinions
