Make Lemonade Project x House of Hinu: Lei-Making Workshops

The Make Lemonade Project and House of Hinu invite you to experience two beautiful lei workshops—one honoring legacy and one celebrating creativity

Set against the serene backdrop of a private oceanfront estate in Kuliʻouʻou, this special day offers space to reflect, create, and connect through the art of lei making. Taught by Raine of House of Hinu, both workshops explore personal storytelling and intentional design using textiles, florals, and aloha.

🌿 Workshop 1: Legacy Maile Lei
🕙 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Craft a maile-style lei entirely out of fabric, incorporating textiles from someone you love. Whether it’s an aloha shirt, favorite dress, or blanket, you’ll transform sentimental pieces into a keepsake lei of remembrance.

🌺 Workshop 2: Lei Hinu
🕑 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Learn the signature twisted lei style of House of Hinu, weaving together handmade fabric flowers to create a one-of-a-kind lei that embodies grace and grounding.

🍽️ Guests attending both workshops will receive a complimentary lunch between sessions.

🎟️ Limited seating. Tickets are $175 per workshop.
